A release is prepared upon receipt of final payment and sent to the County Clerk for recording. Once the release has been recorded,
the lien will be removed from the property. Please allow 30-60 days for the release to be recorded.
A taxpayer's eligibility to enter into a payment plan for the lien(s) on their property is decided on a case-by-case basis.
